Pricing
Start on one project. Standardize when it earns it.
Every plan is the full product — the worksheet, weighted rollups, the dashboard, Excel round-trip. Plans are invoiced directly while self-serve billing is in development.

Pricing FAQ
The procurement questions
Can we actually buy this today?
Yes — plans are invoiced directly while self-serve billing is in development, which also means pricing can flex to how your program actually buys software (PO, annual agreement, per-site). Talk to us and we'll fit your procurement process.
What counts as a user?
Anyone who signs in — from the program manager to a crew member updating two tasks a day. Read-only stakeholders who just receive exported workbooks don't need accounts at all.
How does the pilot work?
One real project, your real spreadsheet, 90 days, up to 25 users. We import your tracker with you on the first call. If it doesn't earn the program's trust, you export your data to Excel and walk away — nothing is locked in.
Do you discount multi-site or multi-year agreements?
Yes. Standardizing across sites is exactly the enterprise conversation — volume and term pricing are part of it, alongside SSO and deployment requirements.
What happens to our data if we leave?
Your structure and numbers export to clean Excel workbooks at any time — the same round-trip the product uses every day. No export ransom, ever.
